Ingredients:
1 pound of Chicken Wings, trimmed and rinsed and pat dry
3-4 Tablespoons of Play House Spice's Mobile Bay
1/2 Teaspoon of Pink Hymalian Salt
2-3 Tablespoons Cholula Hot Sauce
3 Tablespoons of Avacado Oil
Tools:
Sheet Pan
Paper towels
Grill – approx. 400ºF
Tongs
Bowl
Serving tray
Rinse the wings under cool water and trim if needed. Place on a sheet lined with paper towels, pat dry, and set aside. Take the bowl and add the oil, salt, Cholula Hot Sauce (adjust to taste) and Mobile Bay seasoning and mix thoroughly. Place the wings in the bowl and mix until evenly coated. Wrap the bowl in place in the refrigerator for about an hour, this can be done prepped a day or two before cooking to get the best flavor.
Once the grill is at 400ºF place the wings on the grill not over direct flame. Let cook for 5 minutes and then turn, do not flip. Cook for an additional 5 minutes and then flip and finish cooking for another 5 minutes. A total of 15 minutes, may take a little longer if the wings are really large. Once finished on the grill, plate and serve!
